Spotter finds any person the org knows — members, staff and leads — by name, email or phone. Type “Dana”, “050-123-4567” or “noa@gmail.com” into Spotter (Cmd/Ctrl+J) and the answer is a list of people, each opening their profile or lead sheet. No list filters apply: former members, pending invitations and archived leads are found too. Names match across scripts and spellings through the multilingual name embeddings, so “Aviv” finds “אביב”.
It is built for the lowest possible model spend:
| Message | Model calls |
|---|---|
First message is only an email or a complete phone number (050-… or +…) | none |
A name, or a lookup phrased in words, when the router picks read.people_search | one Haiku router call (cached prefix); no answer call |
| The router escalates, or the message needs more than a lookup | the router call plus the normal Spotter loop, which calls the same tool |
Over the org’s AI budget Spotter refuses everything else, but a message that is only an email or a phone number still gets its answer — in any conversation — and the at-cap banner tells people so.
Who: owners, admins and coaches. Leads follow Sales access (see behavior).
